There is some really good health information online, but a lot of misleading information as well. Help your kids learn to look at information critically so they can distinguish between the two.

Remember that money in FSA (flex) accounts must be used by December 31. Don't throw money away...you can use it towards things like cervical or water pillows, and even custom-made orthotics. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions.
